Parliament had strong offline retail but no Amazon footprint in Canada or UAE. We audited both markets, built market-specific pricing to protect the premium brand, and launched all 5 SKUs at once to build visibility fast. A 3-phase PPC model moved from broad discovery to exact-match harvesting to competitor targeting. Content leaned into Punjab heritage and farm-to-plate traceability. Year 1 targets: CAD 295K in Canada and AED 500K across Amazon UAE, Noon, and Talabat with 15% market share in both markets by Month 12.
