A 50-year-old rice brand with exports to 70+ countries had no digital commerce presence in two of its key markets. Parliament had strong offline retail but no Amazon footprint in Canada or UAE. We audited both markets, built market-specific pricing to protect the premium brand, and launched all 5 SKUs at once to build visibility fast. A 3-phase PPC model moved from broad discovery to exact-match harvesting to competitor targeting. Content leaned into Punjab heritage and farm-to-plate traceability. Year 1 targets: CAD 295K in Canada and AED 500K across Amazon UAE, Noon, and Talabat with 15% market share in both markets by Month 12.
