We audited 15 categories, found that incumbents had no clinical depth, and built a 3-wave launch starting with the highest-TAM categories Knee, Back, Hand/Wrist, and Ankle. Content led with trust signals like "Doctor Recommended" and "Since 1993." We set up India-to-US FBA logistics, FDA compliance docs, and a full PPC stack with competitor conquesting. Year 1 target: $999K revenue with a $190K monthly run rate by Month 12.
